Returns
You have up to 14 days to return from the day your order is delivered. Please be aware all items must be returned to us in a brand-new condition (no perfume/makeup) with tags attached to qualify for a refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without a request on the system.
Initial shipping fees are not refunded. Please note that if a return reduces your order value below the free shipping threshold for your region (£200 UK, £300 international), the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Return options
We offer two return options, so you can choose what works best for you:
1. Hassle-free return (recommended)
We arrange the return for you and provide a return label.

£25 for international returns
This fee will be deducted from your refund.
2. Self-return
You may arrange and send the return yourself using a courier of your choice.
In this case, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Return costs are not covered by us, returns can be sent back with the shipper of your choice.
For International returns, please mark the return item as a "return", otherwise custom charges may apply and we cannot be responsible for these charges.

Exchanges
We don't currently offer exchanges.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing Times
It usually takes 2-3 working days to process your return after receiving them. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to be processed back to your original payment method.
Faulty Items
We are so sorry if you have received a faulty item, this is definitely not the quality you should expect from our items.
