The Ballie Dress — designed with a buttons and button loops on waist panel, it transforms from an elegant maxi, to a playful mini, to a backless top you can style in different ways.

The dress features an open back that falls into a voluminous skirt that frows with movement. Crafted with a drapey jersey material and over 170 hand sewn shells on the waist.
